For one, their divergent special interest groups unite in common around funding and politically endorsing the killing of unborn babies with abortion – this is an atrocious sin against God, ruins us economically, and depletes our population.

Here’s a stat: Obama himself has lifted 27 former restrictions on abortion and partial-birth abortion.

Here’s another stat: The Federal Government gives 330 Million of our tax dollars to un-Planned un-Parenthood every year, tax free, endorsing abortion, and Planned Parenthood lobbies for more every year (see http://www.rhrealitycheck.org/blog/2008/07/14/republicans-call-end-planned-parenthoods-federal-funding).

Here’s another stat: 1 out of 3 babies have been aborted since 1973’s Roe v. Wade, amounting to over 50 million being murdered to date.

…and in this little blog article, of course, they misquote God’s word to usher in a destructive, proven-to-fail health care system which will trump the rights of practitioners to practice medicine according to their consciences, will diminish access to superior health care for the common people, and fiscally, will bankrupt our nation. It will also serve as a guise to further sanction more and different forms of abortion.

This is not for the welfare of all. Please tell me how this is more spiritual.

When did you determine that Democrats hated religion? I’m a very staunch Independent who votes for both major parties and sometimes even Nader so I’m not offended. It is my finding however that my more liberal friends are much more concerned about the welfare of all much more so than corporate welfare. Do you have any statistics to back up that thought? Perhaps they do hate structured straight-jacketed religion more but prefer to walk a more spiritual path.

Excellent article. Too bad making sense doesn’t seem to be important
to Islamic extremists. Jihad is their mandate and we are its target.

The gov can use this as a “marketing campaign” for how well they deal with health issues and especially those on a massive scale like this supposed pandemic.
